Brief description
Auto Control Dotting Machine is intelligent automatic control equipment replacing manpower in drip molding. It can conduct precise glue dripping on complex patterns of mould, control glue discharge quantity randomly, and select different colors of glues. The speed of drip molding can be adjusted, no wiping if there is no wire drawing, and first coat of product can be filled via automatic feeding. The procedures originally needed to be finished via manpower can now be automatically processed in one-time by equipment. Thus enterprise does not need to manage workers with tedious maters, while machines that never know rest.
